Recruitment Specialist

We’re Hiring: Recruitment Specialist
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong recruitment expertise while also possessing a solid understanding of broader HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting key HR operations to ensure the organization attracts and retains the right talent.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. In addition to recruitment, you will also support core HR activities such as HR documentation, employee records, and coordination of HR processes to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, and other recruitment channels
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely hiring decisions
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlist suitable applicants
  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
  • Support HR operations including employee records, HR documentation, and policy implementation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of HR processes, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
