Regional Sales Manager

About the Company

SRC Pvt. Ltd. is currently in a high-growth phase, focusing on distribution expansion, secondary sales growth, and execution excellence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Wholesale channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead regional business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing field teams, strengthening distribution networks, and ensuring excellent in-store execution and brand visibility.

Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
  • Manage and lead field sales teams (TSOs/Supervisors)
  • Expand and strengthen distribution networks
  • Ensure availability, visibility, and execution excellence in the market
  • Monitor secondary sales and improve off-take performance
  • Execute trade promotions effectively with strong ROI focus
  • Enhance market coverage, hit rate, and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably in home care or personal care)
  • Currently managing or recently managed a regional territory
  • Strong expertise in distribution development & management, secondary sales execution, and team management (TSOs/Supervisors)
  • Hands-on experience in GT, MT, and Wholesale channels
  • Highly execution-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented
