Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Regional Sales Manager – Gift Card Solutions & Partnerships. The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts within the region, establish new sales of Gift cards, associated partnerships, and manage key accounts. Daily tasks include market research, identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing feedback to improve product offerings, and representing Loyyal at industry events and conferences.

• Experience in sales management, business development, and account management
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and gift card solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the technology or financial services industry is a plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
