Position Overview
We are seeking a Religious Program Coordinator to oversee and manage daily religious and community programs. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to coordinate between religious leaders, community members, and internal teams. The Religious Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and maintaining San Jose Obrero LLC’s reputation for excellence in spiritual and cultural services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate religious programs, events, and community activities.
• Liaise with religious leaders, volunteers, and participants to ensure respectful communication.
• Supervise staff and volunteers to maintain program quality and hospitality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, and outcomes.
• Support the organization of ceremonies, workshops, and educational initiatives.
• Prepare reports on program performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s cultural, religious, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Cultural Studies, Community Services, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, cultural management, or community services.
• Strong knowledge of religious program operations and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and program management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
