Remote Call Center Agent – Roofing Campaign

Astral Finch Marketing is a US-based marketing and support agency that has been in the market for over 4 years. We specialize in lead generation, appointment setting, and customer engagement services for clients across multiple industries, including roofing, solar, insurance, and home services.

We are expanding our Roofing Campaign Call Center Team in Pakistan and are looking for experienced Appointment Setters to join us.

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to potential US-based clients for a roofing campaign. (500-700 calls/day)
- Using ViciDial software to manage calls and leads effectively.
- Engaging prospects professionally, handling objections, and securing qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Meeting daily/weekly targets and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Following company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting / call center campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with ViciDial (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral/clear accent preferred).
- Ability to work during US hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and target-driven personality.

Salary & Benefits

- Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 (depending on experience).

Working Hours

- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT (US Hours)
