Job Purpose:We are seeking a results-driven Resident Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across Power Backup Solutions, Test & Measurement Products, and Business Automation Solutions in the Peshawar region. You’ll be responsible for new business development, customer relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: Drive regional sales for our product lines in Power Backup, Test & Measurement, and Business Automation. Identify and acquire new B2B clients to expand the customer base.

Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Peshawar region. Stay informed about industry trends and Makkays’ evolving product portfolio.

Provide technical consultations and customized solution presentations to clients. Effectively demonstrate product features and business value. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Develop and execute regional strategic sales plans. Report on sales activities, competitor intelligence, and client feedback. Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales pipelines.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications: Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional3–4 years of B2B sales experience in Power Backup, Test & Measurement, or Business Automation Solutions. Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong local networking capabilities.

Deep knowledge of the Peshawar region and an established network of professional contacts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
