Role Summary

As a Residential Property Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. You’ll work with a diverse clientele, including expatriates, investors, and families seeking homes in Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
• Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company standards
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Prepare and review contracts and documentation with accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales or leasing
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or German are a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
