Now Hiring: Manager – Tiny Turf Playcafe

Tiny Turf Playcafe is looking for a hands-on, energetic Manager to lead daily operations, create a welcoming family-friendly environment, and ensure smooth workflow across the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a warm atmosphere.
• Manage inventory and control wastage.
• Interact with guests, resolve complaints, and enhance customer experience.
• Support marketing efforts and special events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Business (preferred).
• 2–4 years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
