Retail Sales Advisor

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right shoes based on size, comfort, design, and usage.
• Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of all footwear categories (casual, formal, sports, sandals, kids, etc.).Understand sizing standards, fitting techniques, and key features of each shoe type.
• Ensure shoe displays are neat, attractive, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support the team during rush hours with fitting, packaging, and customer handling.
• Follow store SOPs, dress code, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

Intermediate to Bachelor's

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
