Key Responsibilities:

• Go out to meet individuals, groups, and organizations to explain the cause and encourage them to donate or support.
• Create and maintain good connections with existing and potential donors.
• Safely collect funds (cash or pledges) and keep accurate records of all donations received.
• Share updates on fundraising activities, field visits, and progress with supervisors.
• Work closely with other departments (like finance, communication, and admin) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional and positive image while meeting the public or partners.
• Look for new areas, donors, or events that could help raise more funds.
• Ensure all work in the field is done according to the organization’s rules and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and donors effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fresh Graduates are encouraging to apply.
• Having own Bike.
