Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled in client engagement, and capable of closing deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain a strong client network
  • Negotiate offers and finalize transactions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market is preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
