Sales and Business Development Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an energetic person preferably from real-estate industry background with previous experience in Sales and business development with an established network and strong analytical skill who can bring a new prospect to the table and convince a decision-maker about a new idea.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth

  • Take an active approach to identify new market opportunities by attending meetings, visiting customers, networking events, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and assist in the proposal process
  • Convince prospects and current customers to buy-in
  • Create development plans and growth projects
  • Building a network of contacts to attract new clients and explore potential business avenues.

Sales Projections and Revenue Forecasting:

  • Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base.
  • Make sales projections based on market trends and client interactions.
  • Forecast revenue to ensure sustainable growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build positive relationships, understand client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • business development : 3 years (Required)
  • real-estate / Construction: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • driving license (Required)
