Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at SK Excellence Technical Services LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, generate leads, and increase the company’s market presence. Experience in the technical services industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline promotions, to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales and marketing performance, including lead conversion rates, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to deliver high-quality technical services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a technical services company.
• Valid UAE Driving License and Car
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-Driven: Must be motivated to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a technical services company or a related industry in the UAE.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and industry-specific needs.

Compensation:

• First Two Month Salary Based on Incentive Scheme [ High Commission ]
• After Two month, Competitive salary [5000AED and above] with performance-based incentives.
• Other benefits as per UAE labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
