We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant / Chat Support Executive (Onsite)

We are looking for a Chat Support Person to join our team on an onsite basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience dealing with Pakistani customers.

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat and messaging platforms
• Provide accurate information and timely responses to customers
• Assist with basic virtual assistant tasks as assigned
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
• Coordinate with the internal team when required

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
• Experience dealing with Pakistani customers/clients
• Prior experience in chat support or virtual assistance preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude
