LeaseOasis is an online platform that brings consent-ready subleasing inventory to holiday-home operators. We help operators find legally compliant, landlord-approved properties fast so they can scale without paperwork bottlenecks.

What you’ll do (70% demand 30% supply)

70% – Generate demand from Holiday Homes

• Proactively reach out to holiday-home operators via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings to pitch LeaseOasis and drive qualified demand for subleasing inventory.
• Understand each operator’s acquisition criteria (locations, unit types, budget, consent/HOA requirements) and match them to our pipeline.
• Build and manage a high-velocity outreach cadence; maintain clean lead hygiene and report weekly on funnel metrics (calls, meetings, conversion).

30% – Build a consent-ready inventory pool

• Source and onboard agents and landlords to list units as consent-ready for holiday-home subleasing.
• Educate owners/agents on consent requirements and documentation; coordinate site visits and basic unit vetting.
• Work with internal ops to keep inventory data accurate (pricing, availability, consent status).

You’ll be great at this if you…

• Have 2–4 years in business development/sales—ideally in holiday homes, brokerage
• Understand holiday-home acquisition needs (yield targets, seasonality, unit specs, landlord/HOA consent, building policies).
• Are confident with cold calling and in-person meetings; you like being out in the market.
• Can own a pipeline end-to-end: prospecting → meetings → objections → close → handover.
• Are a startup person: hands-on, flexible, fast, and comfortable building from zero.
• Communicate clearly in English;
• UAE driving license preferred (role may involve travel within the city).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
