Job description:

Sales / Business Development officer shall play a key role in driving business growth and expanding market presence in new and untapped regions for API & Excipients.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who wish to build a career in healthcare marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Expansion & Business Growth

· Drive sales and new business development of APIs & excipients.

· Identify new business opportunities across MENA & Sub-Saharan Africa.

· Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies tailored to regional markets.

· Conduct SWOT and competitor analyses to guide business planning.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

2. Distributor & Partner Management

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and licensing partners.

· Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure effective market penetration.

· Support negotiation of commercial contracts, agreements and collaborations.

· Coordinate with suppliers for product samples, regulatory requirements, DMFs, LOAs, and CEPs on day-to-day basis.

3. Sales & Product Support

· Deliver product presentations, sales aids, and promotional materials.

· Support customer meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and webinars.

4. Marketing & Content Development

· Prepare product profiles, presentations, case studies and digital content.

· Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.

5. Data & CRM Management

· Accurately maintain customer databases and CRM systems.

· Record and analyze sales activities, tracking leads, opportunities, and KPIs.

· Generate regular sales and performance reports for management.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to support product registration and approvals.

· Coordinate with Finance / management on pricing, budgets, and cost-control measures.

· Collaborate with Medical teams for scientific marketing and technical content.

7. Commercial & Strategic Planning

· Contribute to annual revenue planning and monitor target achievement.

· Assist in developing pricing, reimbursement, and distribution strategies.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

· Prepare short- and long-term forecasts to enhance profitability.

Education :

· BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) along with MBA is MANDATORY.

Experience :

· Only Fresh graduates are welcome – Should be motivated individuals aiming to build a career in Healthcare Business Development / Marketing.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Office mandatory - Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Data Validation, etc.

· Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms.

Soft Skills :

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

· Excellent communication, business planner, negotiator, strategic thinking & analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

· Proficient in MS Office, data analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.

· Should have skills to handle sales pressure.

· Ability to work in various time zone on suitable time for international business development.

· Maintain accurate customer databases, record and analyze sales activities, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Language :

· Fluent in English. Arabic is an added advantage.

Remuneration :

· Salary : AED 3,000-4,000/Per Month (All inclusive)
