Sales & Client Relations Manager (Female)

We are looking for a driven, charismatic, and results-oriented professional to lead our sales and client relations operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and client relations plans aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and client relations executives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and growth areas.

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, government entities, and private institutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring top-level satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Manage client feedback and resolve issues efficiently and gracefully.

Sales & Business Development

  • Be highly target-oriented, driven by measurable results and consistent achievement.
  • Develop creative outreach strategies to attract new clients.
  • Present and explain products or services clearly, tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Attend and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve conversion

Requirements

  • Female candidate with a professional appearance and confident presence.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in the UAE).
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Experience communicating with government entities or managing government projects is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
