Job Description

Unity Films is looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting warm leads into paying clients, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only
• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the company
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Confidence in dealing with clients
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
