Sales Closer Opportunity – Remote, Full-Time

Job Description:

Are you a confident communicator with a proven track record in closing sales? We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Closer to join our remote team. If you’re tech-savvy, have strong English communication skills, and at least 2 years of proven sales experience—ideally in the immigration sector—this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Sales Closer, you’ll handle warm leads, conduct detailed discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales process to successfully close deals. You’ll build trust, manage objections, and ensure a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in immigration consultancy or related service-based industries
  • Excellent verbal and written English with minimal accent and strong listening skills
  • Proven ability to independently close deals and manage the full sales cycle
  • Comfortable with CRMs (SuiteCRM experience is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools/processes
  • Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented
  • Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls with qualified leads and guide them through decision-making
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to the onboarding team
  • Manage and update lead records in the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to address hesitations or gather information
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Job Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
  • Compensation: $400 CAD base salary plus sales commissions
