Sales Conversion Executive

We are growing companies in flooring and technology solutions, generating high-quality leads through online ads. We now need a specialist to convert these leads into sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on leads from digital campaigns.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Share feedback with the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Proven sales/lead conversion experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with interior, construction, or technology sectors (preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
