Sales Coordinator / Document Controller

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare quotations, track orders, and follow up with clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.

Document Collection & Control:

  • Collect, verify, and organize essential documentation from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure all project-related and compliance documents are complete and properly filed.
  • Maintain document logs and support auditing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales coordination, document control.
  • Languages: Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred)
  • Transferable Iqama (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼3,000.00 per month
