Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team and drive the growth of our training programs. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and successfully selling our tailored training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients requiring professional training solutions.

- Promote and sell a diverse range of training programs to meet client-specific needs.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

Bechelor’s degree in a relevant field (BBA, MBA, Management, or equivalent).

6 months to 2 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in training consultancy, customer service, or similar industries.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
