Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to drive online business growth. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing expertise with strong sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and enhance our online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product/service demos online.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM or other tools.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and paid advertising (PPC).
  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) for digital platforms to promote products/services.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Manage company website, social media accounts, and online reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM software.
  • Sales of company product like: LMS, ERP Majorly Digital Marketing Services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

Key Competencies:

  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and sales metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for online client engagement.
