Sales Executive - موظّف مبيعات

المهام والمسؤوليات:

التواصل مع العملاء عبر الهاتف ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتوضيح تفاصيل الرحلات والعروض.

فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم البرامج الأنسب لهم بناءً على تفضيلاتهم.

متابعة الطلبات من أول تواصل حتى إتمام الحجز لضمان رضا العميل.

بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والمحافظة على سمعة الشركة المهنية.

التعاون مع فريق العمليات والتسويق لضمان سلاسة تجربة العميل.

المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضّل في قطاع السياحة أو السفر.

إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة، ويُستحسن معرفة اللهجة المحلية الإماراتية.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة، وحضور لبق في التعامل مع العملاء.

مستوى دراسي الثانوية العامة أو أعلى.

شخصية إيجابية، محترفة، وتستمتع بالتعامل مع الناس وحلّ احتياجاتهم.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and social media to explain trip details and offers.
• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable travel programs.
• Follow up with clients from initial contact to final booking to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while upholding the company’s professional reputation.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tourism or travel industry.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of the local Emirati dialect is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum education level: High School Diploma or higher.
• Positive, professional personality with a passion for helping people and creating memorable experiences.
