Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up system to nurture prospects and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products/services.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales.
- Strong ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
