Sales Executive

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview

Al Flah Estate is seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. We welcome candidates from any sales background who possess strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Real estate experience is not mandatory — if you have proven sales experience and confidence in dealing with clients, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales leads through calls, referrals, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable property options
  • Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and client database records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry: real estate, insurance, banking, retail, automobiles, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident personality with a target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp/email communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
