This post is for one specific type of person. Someone who has spent two or more years making outbound calls into the US market — B2B, decision-maker level — and knows what that work actually demands.

ABS International is a Direct US Principal. We own the accounts. The Sales Executive who joins in March works the same pipeline our senior team has been building since 2012. One seat. This is not a training role — it is a performance seat for someone who already knows how to close.

The role

Full B2B sales cycle with US business owners and decision-makers. First contact through close. Leads and tools provided. No script, no approval chain, no management layer between you and the result. Your pipeline is yours. Your numbers are yours.

What you need

Two years minimum of outbound US B2B sales — specifically US market, specifically business owners or decision-makers, specifically outbound. Professional English that holds under real pressure on a live call. Night shift, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

Domestic sales background only — this is not the right fit. US inbound only — this is not the right fit. US B2B outbound with two years behind you — this is exactly the right fit.

What you earn

PKR 55,000–65,000 guaranteed base. On time every month since 2012. Commission is a direct percentage of what you close. No caps, no tiers, no quarterly resets. Our top performer closed PKR 194,000 in commission in January 2026. Same accounts. Same structure. Available to anyone who earns it. Annual increment.

One seat. March cohort closes when filled. Screening takes under 90 seconds.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
