Sales Executive

Client Introduction:

Our client is a trusted freight forwarding and logistics company with 40+ years of global shipping and supply chain expertise.

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding client base by identifying potential customers, promoting freight forwarding services, and maintaining strong business relationships. This position requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, and multimodal).
  • Meet potential clients to present our client's services and solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with logistics market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of sales experience (preferably in freight forwarding, or logistics).
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and customs processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.

Work Timings / Day:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays 10:00 AM - 03: 00 PM

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
