Sales Executive ( ASUS Gaming Gear) - IT experience required
Currently for UAE region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales of ASUS gaming products.
- Be responsible for ASUS Accessories business and manage its inventory
- Responsible for Amazon allocation and the channel business for ASUS accessories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and retail outlets.
- Negotiate pricing, volume deals, and promotions to meet sales targets.
Channel Management
- Manage and support key distribution and retail partners.
- Ensure effective channel strategies to increase product penetration.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and sell-through performance at partner locations.
Product Promotion
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Conduct product training for channel partners and sales staff to improve their knowledge and ability to sell ASUS gaming gear.
Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Customer Engagement
- Attend gaming events, expos, and retail launches to represent ASUS and engage with customers.
- Collect feedback from gamers and partners to improve future product development and sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for ROG and TUF gaming products, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals (mice, keyboards, headsets).
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Newegg), and brick-and-mortar retailers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product launches, campaigns, and promotions with sales goals.
- Drive quarterly sales forecasts and achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Provide training and support to retail partners and internal teams to ensure accurate product positioning.
- Analyze sales data to improve channel performance, inventory management, and pricing strategy.
- Attend gaming and tech events (e.g. CES, Computex, esports tournaments) to represent the ASUS gaming brand and support channel visibility.
