Position Summary:

The Sales Executive – Event & Exhibition is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets for the company’s event and exhibition services.

The role requires an energetic, client-focused individual with strong communication skills and a good understanding of event management, exhibition design, and brand activation processes. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or client servicing within the event or exhibition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calls.
  • Approach potential clients from corporate, retail, government, and agency sectors.
  • Support the senior sales team in developing and expanding client portfolios.

2. Proposal & Presentation Support

  • Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist in developing tailored event and exhibition concepts that meet client needs.
  • Present and explain design concepts, layouts, and service offerings to clients.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and handle client inquiries efficiently.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal departments to ensure project alignment.

4. Sales Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management.
  • Support in contract preparation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

5. Market Awareness & Networking

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, exhibitions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to promote company services.
  • Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
