Job Overview:
SALIDA is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive (Field) with hands-on experience in automobiles and bikes. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and expanding market presence within the Islamabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to explore and generate new business opportunities
• Promote and sell automobile and bike-related products/services effectively
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Submit regular performance reports and updates to management

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in automobiles or bikes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently
• Valid driving license preferred

Preferred:

• Experience dealing with automobile dealerships or bike showrooms
• Good understanding of the Islamabad market and customer network

Work Location: In person
