Position: Sales Executive - Indoor (Female)

Business Unit: Vehicle - Passenger Cars

Career Track: Sales

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage showroom operations and maintain premium display standards
• Handle walk-in customers with a professional and welcoming approach
• Deliver personalized vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Manage the complete sales cycle (inquiry → negotiation → delivery)
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients
• Follow up on leads from digital platforms, events, and referrals
• Maintain CRM records and track sales progress
• Represent the brand with excellence in all customer interactions
• Attend automobile events, expos & launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Auto Management preferred)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in sales/marketing (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & latest AI tools
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Salary and commissions as per the company's policy, along with other benefits.
