Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000/month + Vehicle Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
(AED 6,000 for candidates with minimum 4 years of relevant experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Hunt and close new business deals in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, IT Surveillance, Software and other ELV Solutions).
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customize solutions for clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets with uncapped commission potential.
• Stay updated on industry trends and outperform competitors.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 0–4 years of sales experience (UAE/GCC experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience (Security/IT/ELV sales) may qualify for the higher salary bracket (AED 6,000).
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to learn.
• Strong negotiation skills (English fluency required).
• UAE driving license is a plus.
