Sales Executive-US Based-Packaging campaign

Position: Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately and confidently address customer needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the packaging industry.
• In-depth understanding of packaging campaigns across the US, Canadian, and UK markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
