Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to builders, architects, contractors, or OEM clients—preferably from the doors manufacturing, real estate, or general manufacturing sectors. Prior experience working with competitors in the wooden products industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in builder, architect, contractor, and corporate networks.
  • Generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into long term clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records in CRM or Excel.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Industry experience in doors manufacturing, real estate, or related manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with competitor companies in the same space is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
