Sales Manager - Federations

Role Overview :-

We're hiring a Sales Manager to manage and grow our federation partnerships while

building a new sales division around this segment. This role will own existing deals,

coordinate internally, and gradually build a small team.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Manage and grow existing federation partnerships
  • Identify and close new federation opportunities
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Production to execute deals smoothly
  • Set up basic sales processes and structure for this division
  • Hire and manage a small sales team as the division grows

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of sales or key account management experience
  • Experience handling large or strategic accounts
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Comfortable building processes in a new setup
