Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the logistics and freight services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and freight services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and review quotations, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor sales performance and report on market trends
• Maintain customer database and oversee lead follow-ups
• Assist in branding and marketing initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate / Diploma in Logistics or related field preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a strategic sales orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Experience

• Relevant experience in sales, preferably in logistics or related sectors, is preferred
• Both freshers with strong leadership potential and experienced candidates can apply

Salary : Based upon interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
