Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
