Job Title: Sales Manager – Office & Home Furniture
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our Office & Home Furniture division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate business from corporate, residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in office furniture, home furniture, interiors, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
