We are hiring a sales Manager – Oil & Gas who has following skills and experience:
Responsibilities
- Own the sales objective and growth targets for the assigned territory, making adjustments to ensure goals are achieved.
- Driving business growth targets for the portfolio of Oil & Gas related Products, Services, End Solutions
- · Identification, validation and leadership of key prospects and opportunities, maintaining client relationship management records to provide a visible and accurate sales pipeline.
- Ensure customer feedback is obtained by establishing a strong client relationship and maintaining regular engagement with clients.
- Development of win strategies and win plans to support proposals and commercial submissions. Prepare and review technical/commercial proposals and tenders.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts by performing presentations and demonstrations at client office.
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for the company's products and engineered solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including EPCs, end-users, and consultants.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic markets, particularly in metering, instrumentation, skids, and analyzer systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, proposals, and execution teams to ensure alignment on project scope, cost, and delivery.
- Provide techno-commercial support to clients, including site visits, presentations, and system demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales.
- Work with marketing to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor to the commercial strategy development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical engineering. (Required)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales oil & gas and energy sectors within the MIDDLE EAST.
- UAE Driving License (MANDATORY)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong proposal, estimation, and bidding experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
