We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Project Sales Division in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the construction sector, and a proven track record of driving sales growth while managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Establish clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline development to ensure consistent growth.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and exceptional service delivery.
4. Recruitment & Development
- Recruit, train, and onboard skilled sales professionals.
- Promote continuous learning and career development within the team.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance team performance.
5. Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the UAE construction sector.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and strengthen brand visibility.
- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Track key performance indicators and generate data-driven insights for management review.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Recommend corrective strategies to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong background in project sales (tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
