Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations for its upcoming property development projects in Karachi. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in real estate sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from strategic planning and execution to client engagement and performance reporting, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and project operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with investors, brokers, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor projects and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Operational Oversight & Coordination

  • Supervise daily sales operations and maintain coordination across departments.
  • Review sales contracts, client documentation, and CRM entries for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local property regulations and company policies.

Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, exhibitions, and open house events.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, property presentations, and promotional strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and property site visits to support deal closures.

Client Relationship Management & Negotiation

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and maintain a professional and positive buying experience.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Track and evaluate team performance through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to enhance productivity and engagement.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
  • Professional certifications in Real Estate or Sales Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in property development or real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s property market and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
