Sales Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecasts, and pipeline effectively.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and close deals when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
