Sales Manager - Sandwich Panel industry (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Sharjah-based AC trading company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Air Conditioning and Sandwich Panel industry, with deep market knowledge and strong client relationships across the UAE. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for achieving targets, and the ability to foster relationships with clients.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in a sales management role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong market knowledge and established client base in the UAE.

• Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
