The Sales Manager (steel-Aluminum-WPC doors) is responsible for leading the sales , developing strategies to drive revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities..
  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value deals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
