Sales Manager – Visa Immigration Consultants

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of Visa Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role. Demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the business setup division to identify and explore new opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Conduct sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory and market changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
