Job Summary

Risa Farm House (a project of Risala Group) is seeking energetic and talented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team.
The selected candidates will not only work on Risa Farm House sales, but also be assigned to the group’s housing and high-rise projects. The company will provide qualified leads, and your role will focus on client interaction, sales conversion, and business growth.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with innovative ideas, communication skills, and a passion for real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
• Convert provided leads into successful sales and maintain follow-up communication.
• Conduct client visits and property tours for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for housing and high-rise projects.
• Develop innovative ideas to promote company projects and strengthen the brand image.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply & Presentable personality.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (vertical or horizontal projects) will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of social media marketing tools is a plus.
