Sales Officer (B2C)

Beacon Energy is hiring a Sales Officer (B2C) to support its growing residential solar business in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and closing sales in the B2C segment.

This role involves direct interaction with homeowners, explaining solar solutions, and helping clients make informed energy decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage B2C sales leads
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on solar systems, savings, and ROI
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential solar sales
• Knowledge of inverters, net metering, or battery systems
