Sales Operations Manager (EMIRATI)

A well-established and growing regional organization is seeking a Manager – Sales Operations to lead a key sales support team. This position plays a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and supporting sales initiatives across multiple markets by bridging regional teams with central leadership.

In this role, you will oversee daily sales support functions, workload management, and critical projects aimed at improving processes, supporting channels, analyzing data, and handling administrative responsibilities. You will be instrumental in aligning regional efforts with overarching business goals and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operational management of the sales support team, ensuring optimal use of resources and workflow coordination.
• Mentor and coach team members to cultivate a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Continuously explore and implement enhancements to sales workflows, tools, and distribution methods.
• Partner with sales leadership to establish and refine sales procedures and documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison for queries related to sales policies and processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Customer Service, and Revenue Management to support business goals.
• Oversee knowledge sharing and quality assurance for frontline customer service teams.
• Address client concerns and provide effective resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Supply the sales team with actionable market insights and analytical reports to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and account information management within CRM systems.
• Manage escalations and support B2B sales queries with a focus on policy compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Support senior sales leadership by providing specialist advice and operational expertise.
• Promote ongoing team development through targeted training and professional growth initiatives.
• Communicate regular updates on products, pricing, and policies to relevant stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• You bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or related areas, preferably with exposure to sales operations.
• You possess strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• You have a solid understanding of sales processes and governance frameworks.
• Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to explain complex policies clearly and build relationships across teams.
• You are a proactive problem solver who embraces change and continuous improvement.
