Sales Representative

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries to uncover new opportunities
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos showcasing how the CRM’s modules (e.g. lead management, broker management, post-sales workflows) solve client-specific challenges
  • CRM Expertise: Manage the pipeline within the CRM—log interactions, track progress, forecast deals, and nurture prospects through stages
  • Proposal Building & Closing: Prepare proposals, accurately articulate value (ROI, automation, efficiency gains), and skillfully negotiate to close deals
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Sync with marketing for targeted campaigns and product for insights needed in high‑impact demos
  • Post‑Sale Relationship Building: Engage customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction, recommend additional features, and drive upsells
  • Reporting & Intelligence: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity logs, and insights into competitor movements and market trends

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years in B2B software/SaaS sales, preferably with CRM products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Technical Proficiency

  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools—e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific SaaS platforms
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration capabilities

Interpersonal & Sales Acumen

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills
  • Comfortable handling objections, building rapport, and managing pipelines independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
